A traditional Korean rice spirit enriched with carefully selected botanicals. Botanika 22:01 is inspired by Dosoju, a historic Korean herbal liquor recorded in Donguibogam, a 17th-century Korean medical text. Traditionally consumed to welcome the new year and protect health, Dosoju reflects the close relationship between fermentation and wellbeing in Korean culture. Haru Project reinterprets this heritage through modern distillation. The first release, 22:01, translates historically documented recipes into a contemporary botanical composition. 8 organic botanicals, led by pine needle, cubeb pepper, goji berry, angelica root, and licorice, create layered aromatics while preserving the character of the rice spirit.
